A modern twist on the universal balloon-tied-to-the-fence method of letting guests know where the party's at.
This was spotted outside my neighbour's flat on Friday night
All you need is an old TV set, an extension cord, a stencil and some white noise

UPDATE: The Friday night rainstorms meant that this mini-installation was pretty short lived.
(No guests were electrocuted)
